Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare Package
Carefully pack the device in its original retail packaging, including all antennas, power adapters, ethernet cables, and documentation to ensure full credit.
- 3.Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
